In advance of the announcement, I wrote a story reporting on the two potential locations of the Aluminaire House, a legendary project by architect Albert Frey. For the story, I interviewed Alan Hess, notable architect and historian, and Mark Davis, treasurer and board director of Modernism Week.

Davis emphasized the importance of its accessibility to local residents and visitors alike: “It will be extraordinarily meaningful for the city and for our architectural heritage tourism – for the world to be able to come see it.”
